Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within up to 48 hours.

Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 3-4 days.

Same Day orders will arrive by 6 pm on the same business day.

Priority orders will arrive by 6 pm on the same or next business day.

Next Day orders will arrive by 6 pm the next business day.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Note: During sale periods we endeavour to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.

Returns are accepted on items (sale items NOT included) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
